Our Full Size Tri-Fold Brochure is a streamlined version of our Master Guide Book, containing the most essential information to help you market the Affinity by True Freedom program. Due to space constraints, we opted for a full-size spread to include as much critical information as possible, but please understand that we can only fit so much into a brochure.
Purpose and Strategy: When developing a marketing strategy, it’s crucial to first understand the Affinity by True Freedom program in detail, and then gather the necessary materials to effectively communicate with your clients and potential clients. Our brochure is just the beginning; we are committed to providing extensive materials to support your marketing efforts.
As mentioned before, I am working on a comprehensive training program that will offer guidance on communicating and marketing our Affinity by True Freedom program. This program will take some time to develop, so I appreciate your patience.
Layout: Our brochure is designed with a bleed, meaning the design extends to the edge of the paper. When printing with a consumer-based printer (without a bleed feature), you will see a border around each side of the paper. However, if you send the file to a professional print house, they will understand the setup and print it correctly.

- Page Size: 8.5″ x 11″
- Margin: 0.25″ on all sides
- Bleed: 0.125″ on all sides
When sending the file to a print house, you can provide them with a mock-up to arrange the pages correctly. The PDF is exported as non-facing pages, allowing for flexible printing options. For example, you can print each page individually (front only or front and back) to create a one-page flyer, or turn it into a booklet with bindings or a tri-fold as shown.

- Standard Screen Safe: Ideal for digital handouts.
- Standard Print Safe: Set up for printing purposes with crop marks for the print house to use as a guide for the bleed.
- Fillable Screen Safe: Contains fillable fields for customizing the brochure for digital distribution.
- Fillable Print Safe: Customizable for printing purposes.
- Blank Screen Safe: Contact area is blank for those with extensive design abilities.
- Blank Print Safe: Blank contact area for printable setup.
- Tri-Fold Mockup: An example mock-up of the tri-fold layout.
