* The value of the \u201cLifetime Membership Hour\u201d for each plan is determined from a current national retail average of $25 to $40 per hour (based on geographic location) for non-medical\u00a0home care agencies in our network. All plan hours are divided into ten equal\u00a0segments\u00a0separated by 90-day\u00a0reset\u00a0periods that total the Lifetime Membership Hours of a chosen level contract. The hour in each\u00a0segments\u00a0can be utilized as quickly or slowly as desired. Multiple\u00a0segments\u00a0can be accessed in a single contract year within the parameters of the plan. Benefit care are limited to $150.00 a day.<\/i><\/p>
